Key Responsibilities
Partner with regional leadership on operations and strategic goals
Provide expert advice on HR policies and best practices
Support talent management processes and ensure compliance with employment laws
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP role
Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work hours across various US time zones
