Product Operations Specialist
A company is looking for a Product Operations & Customer Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Support client launches by preparing program access, codes, and materials
Manage and organize cross-functional projects and assist with content uploads
Provide timely customer support and troubleshoot issues while tracking customer trends
Required Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Arabic
Bachelor's degree or advanced degree preferred
2+ years of experience in administrative, client service, or customer support roles
Experience with project management and CRM tools, such as ClickUp, Iterable, and HubSpot
Ability to work independently and in a virtual team environment
