A company is looking for an Associate Director, Benefit Strategist. Key Responsibilities Serve as a market-facing subject matter expert and educate stakeholders on actuarial plan design and health-system navigation Develop and present analytic work to forecast the impact of the Surest plan on member and plan spend Generate client-specific actuarial outputs and support the enhancement of tools and models used in daily operations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline 5+ years of experience in a health benefit financial/pricing role Experience as a medical benefit strategic lead for large employee groups Familiarity with health plan analytic principles and risk management practices Proven record of developing and implementing new benefit strategies and programs
