Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls and provide information to facilitate transfers to appropriate destinations Navigate the QGenda on-call system to identify on-call providers and process calls Perform data entry tasks and assist callers with routine inquiries and emergency situations Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED One year of call or contact center experience or two years of customer service experience Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) Certification preferred Experience in healthcare or a related field preferred
