Remote Customer Support Operator
A company is looking for a Virtual Store Support Operator.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls, return voicemails, and respond to emails to assist customers and store team members
Locate proof of purchase, assist with returns/exchanges, and provide resolutions to customer concerns
Document customer interactions and maintain updated information in a case management system
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or GED; minimum of 2 years related experience or equivalent education and experience
Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
Must be available to work any shift between Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm EST and holidays
Regular attendance and punctuality are required
Call center or customer service experience preferred; automotive knowledge desired but not required
