A company is looking for a Clinician Documentation Educator. Key Responsibilities Analyzes coder communication and reports for deficiency trends Reviews medical records to identify gaps in clinical documentation Maintains knowledge of documentation trends and compliance regulations Required Qualifications, Training, and Education High school diploma or equivalent RHIT, RHIA, CPC, CCS-P, or other job-related accreditation required At least one year of coding experience or equivalent training/education Demonstrated knowledge of industry guidelines and regulations required
