A company is looking for a Remote Emergency Roadside Telephone Responder. Key Responsibilities Answer high volume incoming calls from AAA Members in need of Roadside Assistance, providing exceptional customer service Accurately input Member location and vehicle details while using online mapping tools to determine breakdown locations Identify situations requiring special handling and provide clear information on service status and potential costs Required Qualifications and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent One year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment Stable, high-speed internet connection via Ethernet cable is required Successful completion of a three-week virtual training class Ability to work weekends, overtime, and/or holidays as needed
