Remote Employee Relations Manager
A company is looking for a Senior HR Generalist to provide support and guidance in employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate and resolve human resource issues including policy interpretation and interpersonal matters
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and provide guidance on employee relations matters
Maintain accurate records in the case management system and assist with various projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent work experience desired
5+ years of related experience
SHRM Certification (SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP) is desirable
Experience in conflict resolution and handling confidential information
Familiarity with PeopleSoft, Workday, and/or Case Management systems is desired
