Texas Licensed Customer Service Rep
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Banking Services).
Key Responsibilities
Resolve inbound calls regarding routine financial questions and account inquiries
Meet or exceed quality expectations to ensure customer satisfaction
Handle complex calls with minimal assistance and perform additional duties as assigned by management
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalency
Some college coursework in Business, Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred
1-2 years of related call center experience in insurance or banking preferred
Able to operate a computer and basic office equipment
Able to type 40 WPM accurately
