Key Responsibilities Conduct quality assurance evaluations on Collector phone calls and provide feedback Manage collector staffing ratios and analyze collection results to meet production goals Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and performance reviews for Collectors and Team Leaders Required Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred 2 years of previous collections experience required; 4 years preferred 2 years of management experience in a collections environment preferred Thorough knowledge of FDCPA and state collection laws Strong work ethic and high ethical standards
