Renewal Manager
A company is looking for a Renewal Manager to play a crucial role in customer retention and expansion strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the quote-to-close process for renewals 120 to 90 days prior to the renewal due date
Achieve or exceed quarterly revenue goals related to retention and growth of existing customer contracts
Collaborate with Customer Success to assess customer health and drive appropriate renewal solutions
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of related cybersecurity and renewals experience
Experience in SaaS revenue organization, such as Sales, CSM, or renewals team
Proven track record of achieving renewal quotas in previous roles
Deep understanding of SaaS offerings and pricing models
Familiarity with systems like Salesforce, CPQ, IronClad, and ChurnZero
