Renewals Account Manager

A company is looking for a Renewals Account Manager to oversee the renewal process for their account base. Key Responsibilities Negotiate renewal contracts and develop strategies to maximize contract value while enhancing customer relationships Maintain renewal forecasts and collaborate with Sales teams to ensure alignment on renewal strategies Engage with customers regarding renewal readiness and monitor customer health metrics to identify risks Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Renewal Account Management and/or Customer Success Experience with customer retention and adoption for On Prem & SaaS accounts Deep knowledge of On Prem & SaaS models in enterprise software Advanced proficiency in contract renewal processes Demonstrated strong work ethic and consistent quota achievement
