Research Administrator Fund Manager

A company is looking for a Research Administrator/Fund Manager - Hybrid. Key Responsibilities Manage strategic fiscal planning, analysis, budgeting, and management for complex research grants and contracts Provide high-level analysis and pre and post-award fiscal management across various fund sources Serve as a resource for Principal Investigators and program staff on funding issues and compliance regulations Required Qualifications Seven (7) years of related experience, education/training, or a Bachelor's degree plus three (3) years of related experience Thorough understanding of research administration guidelines of Federal and non-Federal sponsors Ability to manage a significant volume of transactions and prioritize a high workload Demonstrated competence in financial analysis and customized reporting Strong Excel skills including pivots, filtering, and advanced formulae
