Revenue Credit Reviewer

A company is looking for a Revenue Credit Reviewer to ensure proper reimbursement for insurance claims identified as overpayments. Key Responsibilities Research and resolve overpayments with claims, including refunds and communication with insurance companies or customers Identify discrepancies and work toward their resolution or communicate to other personnel as appropriate Monitor refunds to ensure proper retraction by payers and investigate root causes when necessary Required Qualifications High School Diploma and/or GED required; Associate's degree preferred in relevant fields Experience with insurance billing and/or collections required Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office Able to complete tasks within specified time frames Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
