A company is looking for a Sales Manager EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Acquisition Account Executives in the EMEA territory
Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets through effective coaching and performance management
Develop and implement sales strategies, playbooks, and standards for key activities
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience managing sales teams
5+ years of experience as a quota-carrying SaaS Account Executive
Deep understanding of the SMB and Mid-Market space, particularly in HR Tech & international selling
Experience in developing frameworks and playbooks for high-performing sales teams
Prior experience with Salesforce is ideal
