Key Responsibilities
Acquire new business to meet quarterly and annual sales quotas
Recruit, train, and onboard new Account Executives while fostering a strong team culture

Required Qualifications
Experience building and coaching sales teams in a growth-stage SaaS/software business
Full sales cycle experience in software or SaaS, managing multi-threaded sales processes
Strong motivational skills and a commitment to team development

Experience selling to technical roles such as CTOs and Founders
