A company is looking for a Post Closing Assistant. Key Responsibilities: Ensure accuracy and completeness of post-closing and Government Insuring processes Perform key post-closing ancillary functions as determined by departmental needs Maintain knowledge of residential mortgage loan documentation and related processes Required Qualifications: Knowledge of residential mortgage industry with emphasis on closing/post-closing Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong basic knowledge of Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Demonstrated willingness to identify and implement process enhancements Ability to meet strict performance standards involving quality and quantity
