Sales Methodology Trainer
A company is looking for a Sales Methodology Trainer to deliver impactful sales training programs for field teams.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate live and virtual training sessions for field sales professionals to ensure adoption of sales methodologies
Implement and customize sales methodologies and frameworks across various field teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training programs with business objectives and assess training needs
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
5 - 7 years of experience in UCaaS/telephony sales or related roles
Prior experience as a sales leader or manager
Strong knowledge of UCaaS technologies and industry standards
Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred)
Certifications in sales training or enablement are a plus
