A company is looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to provide support within the Sales department. Key Responsibilities Handles showroom returns, inquiries, and order processing efficiently Ensures high levels of showroom satisfaction by following up on inquiries and resolving issues Participates in training and covers inquiries during staff shortages Required Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in customer service or equivalent degree Proficiency in CRM and Order Management systems Experience in interior design or luxury home furnishings is a plus Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work standard PST hours
