A company is looking for a Sales Performance Management Consultant in Costa Rica. Key Responsibilities Provide regular status updates to the Technical/Project Lead and the client Gather client requirements in collaboration with the Project Lead and design customized solutions Serve as a subject matter expert, advising, implementing, testing, and training clients Required Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in finance, consulting, or implementation Strong knowledge of databases, SQL, and expertise in MS Excel Education in IT, Engineering, or Finance preferred Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required Confidence in speaking and presenting in customer settings
