Sales Training Senior Manager
A company is looking for a Sales Training Senior Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of training programs for the TEPEZZA sales team, including onboarding and advanced training
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and scale learning best practices and support resource generation
Manage and develop staff to deliver curriculum and support the brand's strategic objectives
Required Qualifications
Doctorate degree with 2 years of Sales Training experience, or Master's degree with 4 years, or Bachelor's degree with 6 years, or Associate's degree with 10 years, or High school diploma/GED with 12 years of Sales Training experience
5+ years of training, sales, and/or marketing experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industries
Experience defining training goals and objectives with internal clients
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Experience in content development and instructional design
