A company is looking for a Salesforce Solutions Analyst to support complex cloud applications and provide tier 3 support. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of assigned projects throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring deliverables are on time and within scope Develop business requirements and functional specifications by collaborating with Subject Matter Experts and technical resources Monitor and troubleshoot production application issues, maintaining a knowledgebase to improve support capabilities Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related discipline Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Technology with cloud applications, preferably Salesforce Salesforce certifications are a plus, including Salesforce Admin/Advanced Admin and Developer certifications Experience with enterprise projects and working with cross-functional teams Prior experience in a software development or technology organization, preferably in higher education
