Senior Accommodation Consultant
A company is looking for a Senior Accommodation Consultant to support disability leave services and manage complex accommodation cases. Key Responsibilities Function as the highest escalation point for case management and stakeholder consulting Manage executive and non-executive escalation responses and support new hire nesting and coaching Provide consultation on accommodation matters and advocate for the accommodations process Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant experience Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications Experience in managing confidential and sensitive employee information Experience in conducting investigative work and developing policies Ability to navigate complex case discussions and maintain strict confidentiality
