Senior Account Support Representative
A company is looking for a Sr. Account Support Representative to serve as a primary contact for sales support and customer issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage order processing and account operations, including Salesforce queue and customer inquiries
Communicate proactively with internal teams to ensure smooth product and service delivery to customers
Assist account teams with customer onboarding and provide pre-sales support to the sales team
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field
6+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or program/project management
Experience interfacing with senior executives, customers, and vendors
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of Salesforce.com or similar CRM system
