A company is looking for a Senior RFP Writer to lead the proposal document process throughout the RFP lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Build strong cross-functional partnerships to create compelling proposals addressing technical requirements and educational values Manage the full RFP project from start to finish, ensuring adherence to the formal RFP process and internal deadlines Maintain project management documentation and assist with RFP intake and content library management Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred 7+ years' experience in proposal writing, RFP management, or related fields Experience in K-12 education technology or similar fields highly desirable Demonstrated experience with competitive bidding processes for education/government contracts Knowledge of cloud-based solutions and information technology strongly preferred
