Client Success Manager
A company is looking for a Client Success Manager (East Coast) who will manage client relationships and ensure a world-class experience. Key Responsibilities: Own the entire client relationship lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing support Articulate the value proposition of the intercom system to property management representatives and tenants Proactively resolve customer inquiries and collaborate with internal teams to address client needs Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Relationship, or Operations Bachelor's degree required Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team Desire and flexibility to learn in a fast-paced environment Analytical capabilities to understand client needs and develop relevant strategies
