Senior Benefits Professional
A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Professional (Remote in US).
Key Responsibilities
Coordinates and administers employee benefit programs and advises employees on plan options
Maintains up-to-date benefit documentation and prepares communications regarding changes to benefit plans
Acts as a liaison between employees and insurance companies, resolving eligibility and service issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in business administration or human resources
Six or more years of employee benefits experience required
Experience with benefit and human resources administration principles and practices
Understanding of federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to human resources
Advanced Microsoft Office skills are required
