Senior Client Account Analyst
A company is looking for a Client Account Support Senior Analyst who is a Native Japanese Fluent speaker.
Key Responsibilities
Responds to complex service inquiries and provides post-sale support for clients
Acts as a technical resource, creating and maintaining Japanese language materials
Facilitates meetings and ensures client satisfaction with products and services
Required Qualifications
Fluent in English and Native Japanese, with proficiency in Katakana, Kanji, and Hiragana
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
At least 12 months of experience in a client-facing role
Knowledge of relevant products and administrative processes
Background in marketing, account management, or similar fields with significant client interaction
