Customer Support Advocate
A company is looking for a Customer Support Advocate (Temporary).
Key Responsibilities
Develop expertise in the platform and provide responsive live support through various communication channels
Identify, investigate, and resolve technical or usage issues while advocating for customer needs
Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the overall customer experience and improve internal processes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
At least 1 year of customer service or early education experience
Experience providing live support to customers (preferred)
Hands-on experience with CRM systems like Zendesk or Salesforce (preferred)
Comfort with a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
