Senior Client Experience Manager

Key Responsibilities
Manage high-value, post-sale client relationships and serve as a strategic partner

Required Qualifications
5-7+ years of experience in customer success, Enterprise account management, or client experience leadership
Proven ability to navigate complex client relationships
Experience with tools like Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Zendesk, and Confluence
Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
Experience mentoring others or leading enablement within a CX or success team is a plus
