A company is looking for a Senior Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialist. Key Responsibilities Conduct reviews of inpatient medical records to identify and address documentation gaps Collaborate with clinical providers and various departments to enhance the quality of documentation Provide data reports and educational support for required documentation elements to healthcare providers Required Qualifications Education: RN, BSN, RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CPC, CIC, CCDS, or CDIP Experience: Minimum of 3 years in CDI and 1 year in nursing, inpatient coding, UM, CM, or related fields Proficiency in Clinical Documentation Specialist role and detailed data analysis Strong clinical knowledge and ability to interpret clinical data Advanced knowledge of healthcare regulations and documentation requirements
