Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement compensation strategies aligned with organizational goals
Conduct market research and analyze compensation trends to inform program design
Collaborate with the Benefits team to manage employee benefits programs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
A minimum of 10 years of experience in compensation management
A minimum of 3 years working with employee benefits
Exceptional knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and applicable laws
Proficiency in compensation software and HR information systems, preferably Workday Advanced Compensation
