A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Specialist to join their Talent Operations Team.
Responsibilities:
Manage compensation data and provide insights for decision-making and strategic planning
Conduct pay gap analyses and collaborate on job architecture to define roles and compensation
Lead compensation processes, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain data accuracy
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
At least 5 years of hands-on compensation experience
Experience with HRIS systems and compensation modules/tools
Proven knowledge of global compensation policies and practices
Advanced MS Excel skills, including data analysis and complex formula development
