Senior Content Operations Specialist
A company is looking for a Senior Content Operations Specialist who will serve as a strategic advisor to enterprise customers in optimizing content operations.
Key Responsibilities
Consult and advise enterprise customers on content models, governance strategies, and workflows
Design and recommend scalable content operations strategies based on current processes and tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive solutions and support customer adoption of best practices
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in content operations, digital content strategy, or content systems consulting, preferably in an enterprise or SaaS context
Deep experience in designing and optimizing content workflows and governance models
Familiarity with modern content platforms and structured content architecture
Experience with CMSs, DAMs, and headless architectures; experience with similar platforms is a bonus
Ability to work effectively in client-facing and consultative roles
