Key Responsibilities
Set and evolve the DEI strategy across the employee experience, ensuring it is integrated and outcomes-driven
Partner with various teams to embed equity and inclusion into talent planning and organizational health programs
Measure and report on DEI progress, leveraging data to drive accountability across the organization
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in DEI, organizational development, or talent strategy
Deep fluency in data and systems for measuring impact
Experience in tech or high-growth environments
Ability to influence without authority and coach senior leaders
Experience supporting Affinity Groups or employee-led communities
