A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Product & Privacy. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic guidance on privacy, AI, and data governance to product and engineering teams Ensure compliance with privacy and data protection laws throughout the product development lifecycle Develop and maintain privacy-related policies, playbooks, and training for internal teams Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and membership in at least one U.S. state bar 7-10 years of combined law firm and in-house experience, with at least 4+ years in product, privacy, and AI governance Deep expertise in U.S. and global privacy and data protection issues Experience in developing privacy notices, policies, and playbooks Technology industry experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS company
