Key Responsibilities Assist in strategy and execution of customer experience improvement initiatives for the Optum at Home population Coordinate and integrate OAH level strategy at the market level Lead the completion of customer experience projects with cross-functional teams to achieve improvement goals Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience with CAHPS/HOS and quality measures 5+ years of experience in a health plan or Medicare healthcare provider Experience utilizing healthcare data Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint Project management experience preferred
