Key Responsibilities
Lead business development initiatives and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to identify growth opportunities in the healthcare sector
Manage the creation of client-facing materials and participate in client meetings to ensure satisfaction and identify new business opportunities
Establish relationships with key stakeholders and oversee contract strategy and negotiations for healthcare pursuits
Required Qualifications
10-15 years of relevant experience in real estate services, with a minimum of 7+ years in business development focused on large healthcare systems
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
Demonstrated experience in client relationship management with senior executives
Knowledge of healthcare regulatory compliance and commercial real estate
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce for CRM and pipeline development
