Key Responsibilities Execute the strategic vision for the Global Delivery Center (GDC) and maintain a multi-year roadmap Develop and oversee operational governance processes, including service inventory and performance KPIs Establish relationships with stakeholders to align with global operating objectives and manage risk in workforce strategies Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience in Program Management and India operations, or High School Diploma or GED and 14 years of experience in Program Management and India operations Preferred education includes an MBA or equivalent Experience in Finance, Operations, or Information Technology is preferred Program management experience and ability to manage outsourcing/offshoring operations
