Key Responsibilities
Lead a high-performing team of business partners supporting senior leaders across Customer Experience and Strategy & Operations
Manage relationships and advise on People & Talent strategies through consultative engagement
Implement solutions for workforce planning and talent management initiatives, including executive coaching and succession planning

Demonstrated understanding of HR and ability to enhance business performance through People Strategies
Experience managing and leading high-performing teams
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and create clarity and alignment
Track record of using data and insights to inform strategies
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
