Key Responsibilities
Lead compensation processes and strategy to ensure equity across the organization
Oversee benefits strategy and manage relationships with insurance brokers and vendors
Design and support HR operations processes, ensuring efficient onboarding and offboarding
Required Qualifications
5+ years of HR, Talent, or People Operations experience
3+ years of compensation and benefits experience in a rapidly scaling organization
3+ years of team management experience
Experience in building employee-centric total rewards strategies
HR certifications (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR, or other recognized certifications)
