Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of Directors across People Operations, Total Rewards, and People Systems
Align People Operations initiatives with overall company goals and ensure compliance with labor laws
Drive the strategic development of Total Rewards programs and enhance the Workday system for operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
15+ years of progressive HR/People experience, including 5 years in a Director-level role
Experience overseeing People Operations, Total Rewards, and Workday in a fast-paced environment
Deep understanding of HR compliance and employee experience best practices
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making
High level of empathy, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive matters
