Required Qualifications
3+ years in a second line leadership role overseeing Sales Development teams in the SaaS space
7+ years in sales, preferably in SaaS
Strong foundation with SDR processes and KPIs
Proven success in exceeding targets and implementing effective sales strategies
Experience in mentoring, coaching, and performance management
