Senior Documentation Officer
A company is looking for a Senior Documentation Officer-FF&L.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise the preparation and review of lease and loan documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
Perform quality control checks of documentation and approve exceptions as needed
Evaluate documentation procedures to propose enhancements for improved efficiency and client experience
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required
10+ years of banking or industry experience, with at least 5 years in leasing, public funding, or municipal finance
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong ability to analyze complex documentation and make independent decisions
Experience communicating with internal stakeholders and external clients
