Senior Gift Processing Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Gift Processing Manager who will manage the gift processing team and ensure accurate and timely processing of private revenue transactions. Key Responsibilities Lead data analysis and reporting for the gift processing team, ensuring maintenance and accuracy of gift data Support ancillary teams and ensure compliance with gift processing guidelines while collaborating with finance for timely reconciliation Ensure legal standards and compliance with gift administration and tax policies, producing gift receipts and acknowledgment letters Required Qualifications At least 3 years of gift processing or accounting experience, preferably in a non-profit development office Experience leading teams and managing direct reports Familiarity with fundraising database software, preferably Salesforce Strong time management and organizational abilities Experience working in complex environments with a high degree of organizational effectiveness
