Key Responsibilities
Drive the planning, review, and execution of HR strategies aligned with business goals
Influence and implement strategic goals while coaching and advising business leaders
Proactively assess workforce capabilities and develop interventions to address gaps
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
7+ years of experience in human resources, project management, or related fields
HR certification preferred
Experience in data analysis and operations is advantageous
Proven ability to manage complex performance management and employee relations issues
