A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to manage inbound and outbound inquiries related to Medicare programs. Key Responsibilities Handles inbound and outbound calls to prospective members and follows up on leads Conducts sales presentations and encourages prospective members to enroll in plans Orders pre-sale materials and distributes leads to outside sales representatives Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred Minimum one year of call center experience required or Bachelor's Degree in place of experience Active, valid and unrestricted State Life, Health & Disability license for states represented or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire For Medicare, ability to obtain the necessary license within 45 days of hire
