Senior Learning Partner
A company is looking for a Senior Learning Business Partner to support its Talent Development & Employee Experience function.
Key Responsibilities:
Build a culture of continuous learning by implementing strategic enterprise learning solutions and programs
Collaborate with senior management to assess and address training and development needs aligned with business objectives
Design and implement strategic initiatives to foster growth in multiple roles, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
7+ years of experience in learning and development, talent management, or organizational development
Proven ability to build strong business relationships across a multidisciplinary organization
Experience in project management and curriculum design
Strong leadership and coaching skills
