Senior Manager, Customer Enablement
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, AMER Customer Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead a regional team of Customer Enablement Architects to support customer success through training and upskilling
Collaborate with Go-To-Market teams to create enablement strategies tailored to customer segments
Manage training execution and report on key metrics to guide field teams in achieving training and revenue goals
Required Qualifications
7 - 10 years of experience in technology education in a leadership role managing enablement specialists
Experience in training, business development, content development, and customer support
Technical understanding of curriculum and certifications to advise customers and support the team
Proven experience in Customer Success or related fields
Enthusiasm for developing and managing a regional team of enablement specialists
