Senior Manager, Customer Experience
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Experience (CX). Key Responsibilities Evangelize customer experience insights with cross-functional teams to align with company objectives Analyze customer feedback processes and develop dashboards to track defects and measure customer experience impact Collaborate with senior leadership to align customer experience strategies with business goals and promote a customer-centric culture Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in CX and Voice of the Customer (VoC) Experience managing a team of Researchers and Data Analysts Hands-on experience with Experience Management Platforms Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience working within a globally distributed large company
