Senior Manager, GTM Systems
A company is looking for a Sr Manager, GTM Systems who will lead a team to optimize revenue growth through effective management of GTM systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coach a growing team
Define and execute the GTM systems roadmap aligned with business goals
Own optimization and configuration of core GTM systems, including Salesforce, Marketo, and Gainsight
Required Qualifications
5+ years in revenue operations or revenue systems management roles within SaaS or high-growth technology environments
Experience in a people manager role preferred
Deep expertise in core revenue technologies including CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation (Marketo)
Proven track record of evaluating, selecting, implementing, and managing revenue technology stacks at scale
Ability to develop and execute long-term system architectures and roadmaps
